As the Head Athletic Trainer for CGTC, Rodger Fleming brings over 21 years of athletic training experience to his position. Fleming spent over 11 years in professional athletics with the Continental Basketball Association (CBA), as well as the Tampa Bay Rays and Arizona Diamondbacks baseball organizations.
Certified in Functional Movement Screening (FMS) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Fleming is able to assess and provide appropriate plans of care to CGTC’s student-athletes. He also has extensive training in the Primal Reflex Release Technique (PRRT). With over 21 years of clinical experience, Fleming is adept at injury assessment, player rehabilitation, and establishing return-to-play plans. Rodger has extensive training in Primal Reflex Release Technique(PRRT).
Fleming is married to Michelle Fleming, and they have one son, Chandler. He and his family reside in Macon.
